If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return the item, unworn and unused, with packaging and labels.
The conditions for returns are:
The customer can cancel the order for any reason, as regulated by the Legislative Decree 206/2005. The right may be exercised only by 'end-user' customers (individuals who purchased items for purposes not related to their professional activity).
Mode of withdrawal
The Customer will have to communicate the withdrawal to SPORT LIFE s.a.s. not later than 14 working days from the date of delivery of the item by registered letter with the acknowledgment of receipt. An e-mail communication may also be sent, but the letter must be sent within the next 2 days .
The only returning of the goods does not automatically lead to a valid right to withdraw from the contract.
The returned item must be undamaged and perfect (not worn, not used, never washed or altered) and with the original packaging on the same conditions as the customer was originally delivered, complete in all its parts with tags, label of authenticity and the security seal uncut or unbroken.
Within 3 working days from receipt of notice of termination, SPORT LIFE s.a.s. will e-mail the customer the RMA Authorization Number marked outside the package.
The Customer will have to prepare the package and send it to LIFE SPORT SAS, Via Bombicci n° 6, 40139 Bologna (BO), Italy.
To be sure that the item is returned to SPORT LIFE SAS, we advise the customer to use a safe and reliable means of delivery and keep a copy of the document for dispatch.
The return to SPORT LIFE s.a.s. is to be made not later than 14 working days from the date of delivery. The return shipment is at the customer’s expense and under his responsibility until the certificate of receipt is sent by SPORT LIFE s.a.s.
SPORTS LIFE s.a.s. is not responsible for damage or theft / loss of the item returned with uninsured shipments.
SPORTS LIFE s.a.s. will refund the customer the full amount of the purchase, excluding shipping charges and any other cost incurred, within 30 working days from the date of delivery. The accreditation will be made on the same credit card used by the customer for payment.
The right of withdrawal can’t be exercised in the following cases:
In one of these cases SPORT LIFE s.a.s will be forced to return the item to the sender and charge the shipping costs.
The products must be returned in original packaging and on the same conditions as they were at the moment of the shipping to the customer: never worn, never washed, altered or damaged and with the warranty seal attached to the product purchased, uncut or tampered with.
They must also be returned together with all the cards and any original accessory, including the label of authenticity and the security seal uncut or unbroken and with all the original packaging (cardboard, pins, clips).
Refunds of items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with the charge of the shipping costs.
The footwear and the accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product, and accompanied by all the original tags and labels. The return must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, or a photocopy of it.
To obtain the authorization for return you must send an email to email@example.com within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order. The e-mail must include: the client's name, the order number, the codes of the items, the reason for the return. The available options are: full refund of the item, size change or color change. The customer will be charged for all shipments and any subsequent shipment.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email with the authorization number for the return within 3 working days .
Then he can prepare the package and make the return.
The shipment is to be made by the same courier who made the delivery.
The return to our office is to be made not later than 14 working days from the date of authorization.
SPORTS LIFE s.a.s reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not comply with the conditions we must send it back with shipping charges, transport and costs paid by the buyer.
If you ask for the refund, this will only cover the purchase price of the item and not the shipping charges, customs fees or any other cost born by SPORT LIFE company which are not refundable.
SPORTS LIFE s.a.s will issue the refund immediately, and in any case within 15 working days from the date of acceptance of the return: the actual date of the crediting could change for a number of factors beyond the responsibility of SPORT LIFE s.a.s.
The credit will be made on the same credit card used by the customer for payment.
We accept changes. The item you want to be replaced must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and labels and seals not detached and not tampered with. The shipping of the item required in return is debited to the customer, even customs fees and all other costs born by SPORT LIFE s.a.s are to be paid by the customer.
The products received damaged or with obvious lack of conformity are to be considered defective. SPORT LIFE s.a.s will refuse the unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of the defective return SPORT LIFE s.a.s will refund the purchase price of the item and the shipping costs.
